Is it true that Kenyans can enter Croatia, Bosnia and Herzegovina using a valid Schengen multiple entry tourist visa without having to apply a Croatian one?
Yes.
I have a Kenyan passport, and in April 2017 I went to Croatia and to Bosnia & Herzegovina thanks to the multiple entry Schengen visa on my passport.
However, as visa requirements change from time to time, before traveling, please check with the respective embassies before booking your ticket.
