Go on an environmental research expedition to Antarctica

Airbnb and Ocean Conservancy are currently looking for 5 volunteers to join environmental scientist Kirstie Jones-Williams on a first-of-its-kind scientific expedition investigating the presence of microplastics on the most isolated continent on Earth–Antarctica.

You’ll spend the first two weeks training in Chile before heading to Antarctica for ten days of work and exploration. You will then return to Chile to prepare your research findings, becoming an ambassador for ocean protection and sharing how to minimise the world’s collective plastic footprint.
