New Brunswick Canada Hosting International Recruitment Event for Jobs in Trades Sector & Food Production

New brunswick international recruitment hiring event, New Brunswick Skilled Worker Stream, New Brunswick Provincial Nominee Program

New Brunswick has recently opened registration for two virtual international recruitment events that will be held in Winter this year. Candidates with experience in the Trades Sector  and in the Food Production sector are welcome to register on the New Brunswick government website for a chance to be invited to attend.

In demand jobs in New Brunswick

Employers in New Brunswick will be recruiting for the following positions at the two international virtual recruitment events:

7271 – Carpenters
7441 – Residential and commercial installers and servicers
9533 – Other wood products assemblers and inspectors

6332 – Bakers
6732 – Specialized cleaners
9461 – Process control and machine operators, food and beverage processing
9617 – Labourers in food and beverage processing

Candidates with experience in the trades or food production sector that submit their details to the province will be considered for attendance at the virtual hiring event in New Brunswick.

Successful candidates who attend the Canada virtual international recruitment event in New Brunswick may be eligible to apply for Canadian permanent residence through the New Brunswick Provincial Nominee Program (NB PNP) or the Atlantic Immigration Pilot Program (AIPP).

How to register for New Brunswick’s international recruitment events

Registration to attend New Brunswick’s upcoming online recruitment event is open now on the New Brunswick government webpage on this link for the food production sector, including bakers, operators, processing and labour positions and on this link for those in the trades sector.

In order to complete your registration, you must have the following documents in .jpg or .pdf format.

  1. The copy of the photo page of your valid current passport;
  2. Visa for your current country of legal residence (required if your current country of legal residence is not your country of citizenship);
  3. Your language test results for English and/or French (if you have completed a qualifying exam);
  4. Your Education Credential Assessment (ECA) report (If you have had your credentials assessed);
  5. Your CV/resume in Canadian format

The above documents should also be provided for your spouse, if applicable.

New Brunswick government officials will review your registration upon submission and only select candidates will be invited to attend the recruitment event.

The province of New Brunswick will keep a recorded of completed applications for a period of six months, after which profiles will no longer be shared with employers based in the province and applicants are invited to register for new positions.
