In this post I share with you different options for getting your Kenyan e-passport quickly:
From city square post office, Nairobi
City Square post office in Nairobi is where all the passports applied for in Nairobi initially go to before they are re-distributed to the other post offices both within and out of Nairobi.
Therefore, if you want your passport delivered really fast, you will need to wait out for about 2 days from the day you receive the message from Posta, then go to city square post office, pay the KES 180 using Lipa na Mpesa and you will get your passport instantly.
Select a post office next to where you applied for the passport
The other trick for getting your new Kenyan passport delivered quickly is to choose a post office close to where you applied for the passport.
Wait out for about 3 days from the day you receive the message from Posta then go to the main posta nearest to the immigration office from which you applied for your passport. Pay the requested amount via M-Pesa Paybill, and pick up your passport yourself.
